The valleys

Val Roya and Val Nervia offer various tracks and circular itineraries that climb up from the sea and then descend back to the starting point.

Parco naturale della Riviera dei Fiori (Natural Park)

This natural park extends from Rio San Luigi, in Ventimiglia, to Capo Mimosa, in the municipal area of Cervo. This stretch of coast offers a great variety of unforgettable Mediterranean views, in contact with nature and overlooking the sea.

Alta via del Sale

For the fittest, an unmissable route is Alta Via del Sale, the spectacular dirt road that connects the Alps to the sea and crosses Alpine passes and hairpin turns halfway up the hill.

This entirely unpaved road can also be accessed by e-bike and connects Limone, in the province of Cuneo, and Monesi di Triora in Liguria, and then descends to the sea.
